Agreement
By using waterdamagerestorationlittletonco.net (the "site") or calling the phone number on it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or the call service.
The service
Reestorian is a referral service (see about Reestorian). It may connect your call with an independent, participating local service provider. Reestorian does not perform restoration, mold, sewage, fire or repair work and is not a party to any agreement between you and a provider.
Your relationship with providers
Any estimate, contract, payment, warranty or dispute is between you and the provider. Providers are responsible for their own licenses, permits, insurance, pricing and work. Before hiring, ask for a written estimate, proof of insurance and any license the work requires. For roofing work, Colorado law at C.R.S. § 6-22-103 requires a written contract with a 72-hour right to cancel.
Call recording
Calls may be recorded for quality and training, as described in the privacy policy.
Information on the site
Content on the site is general information, not legal, insurance, medical or professional advice. Information may change, and Reestorian does not guarantee that every page is complete or current. Check your insurance policy and talk with qualified professionals about your situation.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to disrupt it, copying content for commercial use without permission, or making false or abusive calls to the service.
Intellectual property
The site's text, design, logo and graphics belong to Reestorian or its licensors. Featured photographs are used under their source's license, as credited on each article.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site and the call service are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Reestorian and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, the call service or any provider's work.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. See also the disclaimer.
